CATERING WILL BE CARRIED OUT DAILY DURING THE TOURNAMENT AT THE CLUBHOUSE.

Conditions

THE TOURNAMENT will be conducted in accordance with A.C.A. regulations.

FORMAT – Block or Round Robin depending on numbers of entries in each event

GAMES will commence at 8am daily

DIVISIONS are –
Association: Open; 4 to 9; 10 to 18 and are subject to alteration depending on entries.
Ricochet: Doubles Combined Min 14 Maximum 20. Partners can be arranged if required.

TIME LIMIT Two and a half hours. Regulations 16.3.1 and 18(d) will apply. (These conditions may be varied if nominations dictate)

DAWSON 2000 balls will be used.

A.C.A. Handicap cards must be presented to the Tournament Manager, upon arrival for the first day’s play.

Contestants will be required to play as scheduled by the Tournament Manager and may be required to play three games in one day.

There will be no warm-up periods, however, players may practice each morning up to 15 minutes prior to the start of play for the day.

Players will have 15 minutes between games and 30 minutes for lunch.

Players may be required to play even though not drawn to play.

Double banking may be necessary except for finals.

Players are requested to report to the Tournament Manager 15 minutes prior to the starting time of games and to check with the Tournament Manager before leaving each day. Competitors will be given 15 minutes after which a forfeit may be claimed.

Rules will be in accordance with the Laws of Association Croquet and the CAQ Rules for Ricochet. Club
Dress: Please wear Club Uniform or whites.

The Tournament Manager will decide whether to stop play due to wet weather conditions.

All decisions of the Tournament Manager and the Tournament Referee will be final.

CATERING will be available daily at the Club House. Please order upon arrival each day.
